The Ministry Care Listening Service is designed to support church leaders in understanding the real needs of their congregation, ministry teams, and wider church community.

Through intentional listening, guided conversations, and prayerful reflection, we help leadership teams identify areas where people may need greater care, support, discipleship, encouragement, or connection.

Many churches carry unseen pressures within their teams and congregations. Volunteers can become stretched, pastoral needs may go unnoticed, and opportunities for connection can be missed without the space to truly listen. This service provides church leaders with an outside, compassionate listening presence that helps bring clarity, insight, and understanding.

We offer a couple of pricing options to meet your needs..

Ideal for church leaders, ministry teams, or individuals who would value dedicated time with a trained listener to reflect on their ministry, challenges, opportunities, or next steps. These sessions are available as a one-off appointment or on a flexible pay-as-you-go basis, providing a supportive space to process ideas, identify needs, and gain fresh perspective for healthy and effective ministry.

Cost: £75 for 1 hour session and a written follow up of key themes.

2. Ministry Listening Review

A dedicated listening and reflection process designed to help church leadership teams better understand the needs, strengths, and challenges within their congregation and ministry areas. Through guided conversations, prayerful discernment, and collaborative reflection, this package provides space to identify opportunities for healthier, more effective ministry and pastoral care. Ideal for churches seeking greater clarity, insight, and support in responding to the needs of their community and teams.

Cost: £350, which includes:

Initial consultation with leadership
2–4 listening sessions
Reflection and discernment process
Written summary of key themes and ministry needs
Practical recommendations for next steps

3. Ministry Care Supportive Partnership

An ongoing support partnership for church leaders and ministry teams who would benefit from regular listening, reflection, and encouragement throughout the year. Through scheduled conversations and continued support, this partnership helps leaders stay attentive to the needs of their congregation, strengthen ministry teams, and navigate challenges with greater clarity and confidence. Ideal for churches seeking consistent support, healthy ministry development, and a trusted space for prayerful discernment and discussion.

Cost: £150 per month, which includes:

Monthly leadership listening session
4 bespoke training workshops a year for your church and teams
Ongoing ministry reflection support
Email check-ins
Prayer and strategic encouragement

We never want finances to prevent churches from receiving support. Reduced rates may be available for smaller churches and ministries
